FACTS gives you the opportunity to get more involved in your child's academic progress and future success by using FACTS Family Portal, a private and secure portal that allows you to view academic information specific to your children while protecting their information from others. You may view your child's grades, attendance, conduct, as well as other useful school information.
In Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge, visit factsmgt.com and click Family Login | FACTS Family Portal.
Click Create Family Portal Account.
Type your school's District Code BH-AZ.
Type your email address and click Create Account. An email will be sent which includes a link to create your Family Portal Login. The link is active for 6 hours.
Select the Click to Create your Family Portal Login link Type a User Name, Password, and Confirm your password.
Click Save Username and/or Password. A message displays at the top of the browser, "User Name/Password successfully updated."
Return to factsmgt.com and click Family Login | FACTS Family Portal. Login with your newly created Username and Password.

We understand that circumstances can change during the school year. If you are experiencing a concern, challenge, or issue that is causing you to consider withdrawing your child, we encourage you to reach out to us before making a final decision. We value our BHCA families and would appreciate the opportunity to listen, address your concerns, and determine whether there is a way we can help.

If you do need to withdraw your child from Big House Christian Academy, please complete our Student Withdrawal Form.
Withdrawal Fee: Per our enrollment agreement and school policies, a $700 withdrawal fee per student is due at the time of withdrawal. Please note that the withdrawal fee is not an ESA-eligible expense and must be paid out of pocket.
Payment may be submitted by cash, check, Zelle, or Stripe.
We are grateful for every family who chooses BHCA and want transitions, when necessary, to be handled with care, communication, and respect.
