Employment

All staff members must:

• Be a born-again Christian who agrees with our Articles of Faith.

• Sign a document verifying that they will support the beliefs of Victory while working at the school on the church property.

• Have (or obtain upon employment) an IVP fingerprint clearance card.

• Sign a document authorizing a full background screening for both the church and school.

• Pass a background check with no flags.

• Sign an agreement for working with minors.

• Sign an agreement for social media use and limitations.

• Adhere to all behavioral, lifestyle, and job expectations as laid out in the staff handbook.

• Obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

• Teachers must have a bachelor's degree or higher.
