All staff members must:
Be a born-again Christian who agrees with our Articles of Faith.
Sign a document verifying that they will support the beliefs of Victory while working at the school on the church property.
Have (or obtain upon employment) an IVP fingerprint clearance card.
Sign a document authorizing a full background screening for both the church and school.
Pass a background check with no flags.
Sign an agreement for working with minors.
Sign an agreement for social media use and limitations.
Adhere to all behavioral, lifestyle, and job expectations as laid out in the staff handbook.
Obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
Teachers must have a bachelor's degree or higher.
